Frequently Asked Questions
How much does wedding photography and a wedding film cost?
Kadraj Film wedding packages run from 45.000 to 90.000 TRY. Photography alone is 45,000 TRY, cinematic wedding story plus photography is 70,000 TRY, and the full package including the documentary is 90,000 TRY. Prices cover full-day coverage, the edit and online gallery delivery.
How many hours is the coverage?
Every package is full-day coverage with no hourly cap. The crew starts at the preparations and stays through the last dance. After midnight is covered by the After Party add-on.
How long does delivery take?
Selected photographs are delivered in about 3–4 weeks and the cinematic film in 6–8 weeks. A few preview frames are sent within the first week so you have something to share.
How many photographs are delivered?
Between 600 and 900 edited, full-resolution photographs from a full day. The exact number depends on the length of the event and the guest count.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No. Every delivered frame is a colour-graded, watermark-free, full-resolution JPEG, and the couple holds full usage rights including print.
How do we book, and how far ahead?
A date is confirmed with a contract and a deposit. For the June–September season we suggest booking 6–9 months ahead; outside the season 2–3 months is usually enough. We only take one wedding per day.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. We are based in İzmir and travel anywhere in Türkiye, most often to İzmir, İstanbul, Bodrum. Travel and accommodation for out-of-town weddings are quoted separately and stated in the offer.
Who shoots the wedding?
İlyas Yalçın and his team. He has been photographing weddings for 19 years, and Kadraj Film has covered more than 3,500 weddings since 2007. The contract names the exact crew attending.
What is the difference between the wedding story and the documentary?
The wedding story is a 5–8 minute edited cinematic film that carries the feeling of the day. The documentary is a 40–90 minute uncut record including the full ceremony, speeches and first dance. One is made to be watched, the other to be kept.
What happens if the weather turns or the wedding is postponed?
Rain moves the portrait session indoors; the shoot is not cancelled. If the wedding is postponed for reasons beyond your control, the deposit transfers to the new date at no extra cost, as stated in the contract.
